Our Community Guidelines describe the behavior we expect from riders and drivers. They exist to protect the safety, dignity, and well-being of everyone who uses Pick N Drop.

Key expectations

Be respectful and non-discriminatory to others.
Follow local laws and driver/rider instructions.
Report safety concerns promptly via the Safety Center.
