A fleet partner is a registered company that owns one or more vehicles and puts drivers on the Pick N Drop platform under a single company account. You keep ownership of your cars and your drivers; we bring the riders, the app, the payments and the safety tooling.
Your fleet gets its own owner account and a short fleet code. Drivers enter the code when they sign up in the Pick N Drop Driver app and are linked to your company automatically — no paperwork per driver.
A fleet share of every completed ride is credited to your fleet wallet, separate from what the driver earns. Track it per ride, per driver and per vehicle, and request payouts from the fleet panel whenever you like.
Register each vehicle with its documents, assign and reassign drivers, and keep insurance and registration up to date. Expiring documents are flagged ahead of time so a car never drops off the road unexpectedly.
Owner identity is verified digitally, every vehicle is reviewed by our team before it goes live, and drivers go through the same background and document checks as any Pick N Drop driver in your country.

Our fleet team reviews the request, creates your fleet owner account and emails you the panel login and your fleet code.
Sign in to the fleet panel, complete identity verification and register your vehicles with their documents for review.
Drivers enter your fleet code at sign-up, get assigned to a vehicle, and you follow rides and earnings live.
A registered business with a business or tax number, a company address, commercial insurance that covers ride-share use in your country, and vehicles that meet the local age and inspection rules for ride-share.
We reply to every inquiry within two business days. Account setup is same-day once we have your details. Vehicle document review typically takes one to three business days per vehicle, and driver checks run on the usual Pick N Drop timeline for your country.
Drivers can be your employees or contractors. Each one signs up in the Driver app with your fleet code, passes the standard background and document checks, and is then assigned to one of your vehicles from the panel.
The fleet panel shows your live map, ride history, earnings and wallet. Add or retire vehicles, move drivers between cars, send notices to your drivers, and request payouts — without contacting support.

Any vehicle that meets the ride-share rules in your country, from economy cars to SUVs and premium black cars. Each vehicle is reviewed once with its documents before it can take rides.
Your fleet share accumulates in the fleet wallet shown in the panel. Request a payout to your bank account from the wallet page whenever you like.
